About

## Speed is the cheapest mark you'll ever buy.

Quant Daily is a free daily timed GRE/GMAT-style quant drill. Three drills a day, 15–70 seconds each, with the fast method shown right after every one.

**Our mission:** make calculation speed a daily habit rather than a talent — free, in five minutes a day.

### Why we built it

On a timed quant paper, the section rarely asks whether you *know* the method. It asks whether you can finish. A candidate who can do 100 questions in 90 minutes and one who can do them in 20 minutes have identical knowledge and very different results — one of them gets to attempt the paper.

That gap is almost never closed by more theory. It is closed by arithmetic that has become automatic: knowing that 97 × 96 is two steps rather than four lines, that a percentage is a fraction you already know, that a quadratic comparison can be settled by sign rules without solving anything. Those are trainable, they are boring to practise alone, and no question bank puts a clock on them.

So Quant Daily is the clock. Every drill has a real countdown, enforced on our server rather than in your browser, and answering after the buzzer scores zero — the same rule a timed exam applies.

### What we believe

- **The daily stays free.** Three drills a day, every day, no paywall, no ads, no "unlock your report" gate.
- **A clock you can trust.** Time is stamped and judged server-side, so a score means what it says. We would rather be strict than flattering.
- **The method, not just the answer.** Every drill ends with a worked walkthrough of the fast route — including when you got it right, because "right but slow" is the problem we exist for.
- **Wrong options that teach.** Distractors are the classic careless errors — the left-to-right BODMAS trap, an un-carried speed shortcut, the nPr-for-nCr mix-up — not random wrong numbers. Falling for one tells you something.
- **Honesty about scope.** Quant Daily trains speed. It is not a syllabus, a coaching course, or a guarantee of selection. See our [disclaimer](https://quantdaily.app/disclaimer).

### Who it's for

Candidates preparing for **GRE, GMAT and other professional quant exams**, and anyone else facing a timed quantitative section. It works for a first-timer and for a repeater stuck at the same attempt count — the drills adapt by difficulty, not by pretending to know your syllabus.

### The two paths

The daily rotates through **23 drill kinds** arranged in two tracks:

- **Speed tricks (7 kinds)** — mental-math shortcuts that make a 15-second answer physically possible.
- **Exam quant (16 kinds)** — percentages, DI, quadratic comparison, profit & loss, time & work, P&C, probability and the rest.

### Who makes it

Quant Daily is built by **Launchship IT & Media Services Private Limited**, Hyderabad. Every question is generated and verified by machine before it is served, and every answer is checked on the server.
