Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quant Daily's daily drills are free to practise. This policy covers the optional Pro subscription.

The daily drills are free

The daily timed drills, the speed-trick techniques, the ranks board and your progress are free to use. There is no charge to practise, so there is nothing to cancel or refund for the free product.

Pro

Pro is an optional digital subscription that unlocks unlimited practice drills, full solutions, and the drill archive on Quant Daily. Checkout (Stripe or Paddle) is coming soon. When billing is live, entitlements activate on your account immediately after a successful payment.

Cancellation

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
• Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means you are never charged.
• After the trial, cancellation stops the next renewal — you will not be charged again.
• You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because Pro access is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, gladly issue a refund in these cases:

• You were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the features you paid for, and we could not resolve it.
• You contact us within 7 days of the charge and have not made significant use of the paid features in that period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@quantdaily.app with the payment reference / order ID and the email address on your account. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Once we process a refund it typically reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
